2. Exchange Policy

3. Return Process

   ●Return the product: Return the product to the address provided. Please keep the courier receipt for tracking.
   ●Refund Processing: Once the return is received and confirmed to be eligible, we will process the refund to your payment account within 7 working days.
4. Shipping Cost
   ●Return shipping cost: Unless the product is due to our fault (such as sending the wrong product or the product is damaged), the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
   ●Exchange shipping cost: After confirming the exchange, if there is a price difference in the exchanged product, the customer shall bear the difference in shipping cost.
